How quotas work
What counts and what happens when you reach a limit
Capacity is measured for each Meal.coffee workspace, not pooled across Suite.coffee applications.
Limits are totals
Each menu, product and QR code created in the instance uses one unit of its quota. It is not a monthly allowance and unused capacity does not accumulate.
When a limit is reached
Existing content keeps working. To create another item, free up available capacity or choose a higher plan.
When you upgrade
The new quota applies to the instance. If an earlier downgrade suspended content, it is restored automatically as soon as it fits again.
When you downgrade
No information is deleted. The oldest items remain active first and excess content is suspended; QR codes over quota are disabled.
Additional users
The owner does not use this quota. Free, Basic and Plus are owner-only; Pro lets you add up to five more users to the instance.
Price and taxes
The listed fee is monthly and in euros. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown during checkout.

Before you choose
Do the 20 products on Free renew every month?
No. This is the total number of products registered in that instance. Meal.coffee does not use a monthly product allowance.
Does a category count as a product?
No. The stated limit applies to menu products; categories only organise them.
Can I use every feature on Free?
Yes. Free includes Meal.coffee features with capacity for 1 menu, 20 products and 1 QR code.
Is my menu deleted if I downgrade?
No. Items over the new quota are suspended or disabled, retain their data and can be restored when you upgrade.
Do the five Pro users include the owner?
No. They are up to five additional users; the instance owner is included separately.
Are these limits shared across Suite.coffee applications?
No. These quotas belong only to the contracted Meal.coffee instance. Other applications have their own limits.
